Our high-performance corrugator with a maximum working width of 2.80 m operates at speeds of up to 350 m/min, producing corrugated board formats.
We deliver corrugated board in a total quantity of 150 million m2, which is approx. 90,000 tonnes of processed paper, to our customers within Europe every year, with most customers being based in Germany and the Benelux countries.

The main customers in Germany are the food industry – especially the beverage industry, the chemical industry, the paper and printing industry, the plastics industry and the packaging wholesale trade.
Our corrugated board types
Individual customer requirements in white and brown standard or special qualities are our strength. Our product range includes the corrugation profiles F, E, B, C (single corrugation) or the combinations FE, EE, EB, BC (double corrugation).
The single flute consists of three layers of paper, one of which is the flute. The double flute made of five layers of paper has two flutes.
The open double flute has no outer cover and thus an open flute on which direct lamination is possible.

Beschichtete Papiere machen Wellpappe zu einem innovativen High-Tech-Produkt. Zu
unserem Produktportfolio gehören beispielsweise PET- oder Silikonbeschichtung.
Tissue-Oberfläche
Für empfindliche Oberflächen produzieren wir Wellpappe mit einer weichen Tissue-Oberfläche
(weiches Zellulosepapier).
Wellpappe mit Gras
Es duftet nach Heu – besonders gefragt ist unsere Wellpappe mit Papier aus 70% Altpapier, das einen Grasanteil von bis zu 30% hat. Diese Wellpappe eignet sich besonders für Verpackungen mit einem großartigen ökologischen Auftritt.
Preprint
Preprint– preprinted Liner werden bei großen Auflagen in der Wellpappenherstellung eingesetzt und bieten eine enorme Kosteneinsparung. Im Preprint werden die Papierrollen aus denen die Wellpappe produziert wird vorgedruckt somit wird der Arbeitsgang des Druckens eingespart.
Man unterscheidet den Streudruck, der sich auf der Papierbahn endlos wiederholt, von dem Vordruck mit Passermarken. Die Papierrollen werden dazu mit Passermarken versehen, damit jedes Bild auf der richtigen Stelle der Wellpappe platziert ist.
Aufreißstreifen und Selbstklebebänder
Aufreißstreifen und Selbstklebebänder, die direkt auf die Wellpappe aufgebracht werden, helfen uns Verpackungen leicht zu verschließen und wieder zu öffnen. Insgesamt 6 Streifen auf der max. Arbeitsbreite von 2.800 mm von 4 mm – 25 mm sind möglich .
